Kurt Lindquist

Kurt Lindquist is a seasoned litigator with over 30 years of experience in international and domestic corporate and commercial litigation. He has been recognized in North Carolina Super Lawyers and North Carolina Legal Elite for his expertise in business and environmental litigation. In December 2020, Lindquist joined Cozen O'Connor as a shareholder in their Washington, D.C. office, enhancing their Commercial Litigation practice with his extensive experience in global enforcement and arbitration strategies. Prior to this, he was part of Womble Bond Dickinson's International Arbitration and Commercial Litigation group.

Lindquist has served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for over 15 years and is a Certified Mediator in North Carolina. His notable cases include representing the Lao People's Democratic Republic in a $1 billion expropriation claim and prosecuting a $500 million breach of contract case under the Singapore International Arbitration Center. He holds a J.D. from Wake Forest University.

In 2024, after 49 years of advocating for clients, Kurt Lindquist co-founded a new law firm dedicated to serving the needs of individuals and organizations in the evolving landscape of legal challenges.
